Spring Fitness Programs in Ripley

Tuesday 6PM-7PM Spin/Core with Dave C. 

The Spin/Core classes include 30-40 minutes on the indoor spin cycles and 20-30minutes of core exercises and stretching.

Thursday 4:30PM-5:30PM Spin/Core with Dave B. 

Spin/Core is a combination class that offers 30-40minutes on the indoor spin cycles and 20-30 minutes of core exercises and stretching.

Thursday 6:15pm-7:00PM Beginner's Bootcamp with Stacey Nixon 

Beginner's Bootcamp will cover a variety of interval and piYo training. Stacey specializes in Insanity Live, PiYo and Country Heat. Come out for a high intensity, whole body workout.

Friday 9:30AM-10:30AM Combo Class with Jodi 

Jodi will take you through muscle conditioning classes, spin and stretch classes and core body workouts over the 9 week session.

 

Registration Fees:

One class per week $90

Two classes per week $153

Drop - In class $15

Yoga Classes in Ripley with Adrienne Pollock

Adrienne Pollock, a professional level Kripalu yoga instructor, will be offering beginner/intermediate yoga classes in a non-intimidating, safe environment. People new to yoga are welcome to attend. The 6 week session will begin on Tuesday, march 28th and run until Tuesday May 2nd. Classes take place in the Social Room at the Ripley Huron Community Centre

 

Tuesdays 6:00pm - 7:15pm Intermediate Yoga

Tuesdays 7:30pm - 8:45pm Beginner / Gentle Yoga 

 

Registration:    

$81.36 for the 6 week session (includes HST)

$15 drop - in class

 

In Point Clark

Join Martina for Wellnastik, a fitness program designed for those 55+

Each class focuses on balance, coordination, light cardio, stretching & relaxation
Classes are held downstairs at the Point Clark Community Centre on Wednesdays, from 9-10:30am

Drop-in Fee is $5 per class.
