The Fall Fitness session will run from Monday October 2nd - Friday December 22nd 2017.

Class Schedule:


9:30 a.m. Beginner Bootcamp with Stacey N.


6:00 p.m. Spin Class with Dave C.


6:00 p.m. Beginner Spin / Core with Veronika C.


9:30 a.m. Beginner Bootcamp with Stacey N.


4:30 p.m. Spin Class with Dave B.


9:30 a.m. Spin Class with Julie P.


Registration Fees:

One class per week  - $120.00

Two classes per week - $204.00

Three classes per week - $264.00

Yoga Classes in Ripley with Adrienne Pollock

Yoga is a wonderful way to bring balance to my life, by bringing my focus inward, and providing a sense of inner peace. Adrienne Pollock, certified professional level Kripalu yoga instructor, will be offering beginner/intermediate yoga classes in a non-intimidating, safe environment. People new to yoga are welcome to attend.

The new session will run as follows:  

Mon Sept (18, 25,)  Oct (2, 16, 23, 30)  2017    -      EARLY CLASS 6:00-7:00 Intermediate (6 weeks) **

**This class is intended for practitioners that are ready to move to the next level of yoga. More posture flows, pranayama,  longer holds, and challenging postures will be incorporated gradually.

Mon Sept (18, 25)  Oct (2, 16, 23, 30) 2017    -       LATE CLASS 7:15- 8:15  Gentle/ Beginner (6 weeks)

Session Cost: 6 weeks $72 plus HST =  $ 81. 36

Drop ins: $15.00/ class (if space available)

Location: meeting room, Ripley arena (main entrance, 1st door on the left, main floor)

Registration in advance is required by calling or emailing Adrienne directly. Bring cash or cheque payable to Adrienne Pollock to the first class. If you cannot make the first class please mail your cheque to hold your spot. It would be most helpful to register early to ensure the class of your choice. There will be a cap on the class size so please register early.

In Point Clark

Join Martina for Wellnastik, a fitness program designed for those 55+

Each class focuses on balance, coordination, light cardio, stretching & relaxation
Classes are held downstairs at the Point Clark Community Centre on Wednesdays, from 9-10:30am

Drop-in Fee is $5 per class.
