2019 Winter Fitness Classes Begin January 8th, 2019!

Feeling the urge to get active after a nice long Christmas break? Come on over to the Ripley Huron Community Centre on Tuesdays and Fridays and take part in our returning 12 week fitness programs beginning January 8th-March 29, 2019. Join Julie for Bootcamp on Tuesday mornings from 10-11am or Friday mornings for Spin Classes from 10-11am. Tuesday evenings Dave and Veronika will be alternating instructing Spin and Core classes as well! Drops are welcome and are on a first come first served basis. Ripley Indoor Cycle Club- Punch Card System
Looking for something to do while your kids are practicing on the ice? Looking for something to do during the day? Want to be fit and active? Well then the Ripley Indoor Cycle Club is for you! For $60.00, you will receive a punch card valid for 10 uses. This card gives you access to use the indoor spin bikes at The Ripley Huron Community Centre for 2 hour periods, at your leisure, and how you want! Just fill out a registration form with payment, receive a punch card, and then check the Ripley Community Centre calendar for the Auditorium's availability. Anytime the auditorium is not in use, and the Community Centre is open, you are welcome to use your punch cards. Yoga Classes in Ripley with Adrienne Pollock
Yoga is a wonderful way to bring balance to your life, by bringing focus inward, and providing a sense of inner peace. Adrienne Pollock, certified professional level Kripalu yoga instructor, will be offering beginner/intermediate yoga classes in a non-intimidating, safe environment. People new to yoga are welcome to attend.
Wednesdays 6:00pm -7:00pm in the RHCC Social Room - Intermediate Yoga
This class is intended for practitioners that are ready to move to the next level of yoga. More posture flows, pranayama, longer holds, and challenging postures will be incorporated gradually.
Wednesdays 7:15pm -8:15pm in the RHCC Social Room - Gentle / Beginner Yoga

Join Martina for Wellnastik, a fitness program designed for those 55+
Each class focuses on balance, coordination, light cardio, stretching & relaxation
Classes are held in the main hall at the Point Clark Community Centre on Wednesdays, from 9-10:30am
Drop-in Fee is $5 per class.
