The Collaborative Communities Marketing Grant encourages downtown businesses to partner together in promotional activities, for example to provide a package offering. Grant funding up to $2,500 is available.

Facade Improvement and Sidewalk Patio: These grants may be used towards the restoration or upgrading of an existing storefront or the design and installation of a new façade. Alternatively, these grants may be used for the addition of a sidewalk patio. Grant funding up to $4000 is available

Storefront Signage and Awning: Clear and effective storefront signs have a large role to play in communicating the services and features offered in your community. These grants may be used towards the restoration of an old sign or awning or the design and purchase of a new sign or awning. Grant funding up to $1000 is available.
