Bell Bridge Reconstruction Complete, Lake Range Drive Re-Open Ahead of Schedule

The Township of Huron-Kinloss is happy to announce that the rehabilitation of Bell Bridge has been completed. The project started on May 1st, 2023 and was expected to last until the end of July. Thanks to the diligent work of AJN Builders, they were able to complete the project in just over 11 weeks. 

Lake Range Drive is returning to normal use by all traffic starting today, July 19th, 2023.

Bell Bridge, Structure H38, is located on Lake Range Drive between Concession 4 and Bell Drive. The rehabilitation of the bridge caused a closure of all lanes on Lake Range Drive to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The project included repairs of the supporting structures, the top deck, and drainage improvements to extend the life of this structure for many years to come.  Thank you for your patience during this project.
