Easter Holiday Facility Closures 2025

Municipal Office and Community Centres

The Municipal Office (21 Queen St., Ripley) and the Ripley-Huron Community Centre (17 Queen St., Ripley) are closed:

• Friday April 18th - Good Friday
• Monday April 21st - Easter Monday

The Lucknow & District Sports Complex (662 Campbell St., Lucknow) is closed Friday April 18th, open Monday April 21st.

Huron Landfill 

The Huron Landfill, 2087 Concession 6 East, Ripley, will be closed on Friday, April 18th and Saturday April 19th for the Easter weekend. Please plan accordingly. 

The Yard Waste Depots are open 7 days a week and accept bagged leaves, brush, branches and grass clippings. Household garbage, construction material, logs and stumps are not permitted.

• Huron Yard Waste Depot: just east of the landfill at 2083 Concession 6 E.
• Lucknow Yard Waste Depot: 907 Havelock St. just south of the soccer fields.
