Huron-Kinloss Fire Departments Hosting Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment Open Houses
The Lucknow & District and Ripley-Huron Fire Departments are seeking dedicated individuals to join their teams as volunteer firefighters. No prior experience is required—just a commitment to learning, growing, and making a real impact. Volunteers receive comprehensive training and become part of a respected team focused on safety, public education, and emergency response.
Those interested are encouraged to attend a Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment Open House:
- Lucknow Fire Hall – Monday, February 10, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- 725 Campbell St., Lucknow
- Ripley Fire Hall – Tuesday, February 11, 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- 74 Huron St., Ripley
Fire Chief Jeff Bradley and current volunteers will be available to answer questions and provide insight into the role, training, and commitment required. Spouses are encouraged to attend to better understand the dedication involved.
