Jack-o’-Lantern Trail at the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens

The Township of Huron-Kinloss and the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens are excited to announce a new community event - the Jack-o’-Lantern Trail!

Join us on Friday, November 1st at the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens (BBFG) in Ripley for a family-friendly evening, filled with Halloween fun and community spirit. Wear your Halloween costume (optional!) and enjoy a walk through the gardens, lit up from the glow of jack-o’-lantern masterpieces. Remember – no spooks! Warm drinks will be available by donation to support the BBFG.

Drop off your carved pumpkins (no paint, stickers, glitter, or toothpicks) on November 1st at one of the locations listed below. Our volunteers will carefully arrange and light your creations, transforming the gardens into a magical Jack-o’-Lantern Trail from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Afterwards, the pumpkins will be donated to local farmers and kept out of our landfills!
