Morning Break with The Mayor A Success

On April 19^th, 2023, Mayor Don Murray hosted his first “Morning Break with the Mayor” event at the Lucknow Sports Complex. These events are part of a community engagement strategy initiated by the Mayor and the Chief Administrative Officer.

Thank you to those community members who turned out and participated in the great discussions at the first event. Residents were given the opportunity to ask specific questions and seek general information. While no decisions are made at these events, the opportunity to learn about how decisions are made and where you can go to obtain information about your community is important and valuable.

Please feel free to join Mayor Murray at one of these upcoming events:

• June 21st – Point Clark Community Centre
• August 23rd –  Ainsdale Golf Course
• October 11th – Municipal Council Chambers

These events will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and refreshments will be available.
