Notice of Intention to Stop Up and Close Lands - July 29, 2022

Please be advised that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Huron-Kinloss intends to stop up and close the lands described as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 3R-3717 (1 foot at north end of Kitchener Street, Waterloo Street and Stratford Street) in accordance with Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, as amended.

The purpose is to restrict access from a public road to private property. Information on the subject lands can be found in Staff Report CLK-2022-07-68 or by contacting the Clerk by e-mail.

The By-law to stop up and close the subject lands will be considered by Council at their meeting being held in Council Chambers at 21 Queen Street in Ripley, Ontario, on Monday, August 8th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

Written comments may be submitted to Emily Dance, Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 4th, 2022 as follows:
