Notice of Pesticide Use on Invasive Species

The Township of Huron-Kinloss intends to control invasive species Phragmites Australis, poison Ivy, and Hogweed along the Lakeshore on municipally managed land in the Township of Huron-Kinloss, using the pesticide known as Round up Ultra II Weathermax Registration # 27487 under the Pest Control Products Act (Canada). The application method will be spraying directly onto the plants.

Commencing on June 1st until August 15th, 2023, weather permitting.
