Public Works Scholarship Opportunities
Are you or someone you know interested in a career in Public Works?
Two scholarships are available through the Right of Way (ROW) Management Committee and Bruce County Public Works Association to students enrolled in a Public Works related post-secondary program. Programs include, but are not limited to, diplomas or degrees in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Public Works Management, Geographic Information Systems, Heavy Equipment Operation, Water Operator.
ROW Management Committee is offering three (3) - $1000 scholarships to each (1) High School Senior, (1) College Student, and (1) University Student. If you know of anyone that could benefit from this, please share the information with them.
Bruce County Public Works Association is offering one (1) scholarship, valued at $1,000, to be presented to an outstanding student in Bruce County enrolled in a program related to public works. This student must have completed one or more years of post-secondary education in the respective program.
Deadlines for application:
Right of Way Management Committee Scholarship - August 12, 2024
The deadline for applications is Monday August 12th, 2024 at 11:59:59pm EST and submitted to info@rowmanagement.ca. The award will be presented at the Right of Way Management Conference (ROW), October 8, 2024 at Deer Creek Golf & Country Club, Ajax.
Bruce County Public Works Association - August 30, 2024
The completed application listed below, along with the other reward requirements must be submitted to the e-mail address of smcleod@arran-elderslie.ca no later than August 30, 2024. The successful candidate will receive confirmation of the scholarship award by September 30, 2024.
