The Homestead Welcomes The Craft Shack

Huron-Kinloss, ON: The Homestead program is thrilled to welcome Amber Alexander from The Craft Shack to Ripley!

The Craft Shack provides Cricut accessories, vinyl, craft surfaces and supplies, and premade mugs and tumblers. If there is an accessory you are looking for, Amber will order it in for you.

"The Craft Shack was established in 2021, after seeing the frustration and struggles finding craft vinyl and supplies local. I am a carpenter by trade and was born and raised in Huron County where we currently reside. My significant other is the crafty one and was born and raised in the Grey Bruce area. After many discussions and hours of research we put a plan into place and The Craft Shack opened. We purchase from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers to offer quality products to our customers," said Amber Alexander, owner of The Craft Shack.

The Craft Shack is participating in the Homestead program, which is designed for entrepreneurs to test their business in a physical location. This program is facilitated by The Hub in Ripley, which provides a move-in ready space, business and marketing support and access to a network of entrepreneurs and business professionals.
