  • Jack-o-Lantern Trail a Huge Success!

    The Township of Huron-Kinloss is thrilled to share that the inaugural Jack-o-Lantern Trail at the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens was a fantastic success! Thanks to the incredible support from the community, over 116 jack-o-lanterns were donated from Ripley, Lucknow, and Point Clark.

  • Fall Leaf Collection Dates 2024

    The annual Fall Leaf Pick-up days for the Township of Huron-Kinloss are scheduled for: Ripley and Lucknow - Wednesday, November 6th, 2024. Lakeshore (Point Clark to Huronville) – Thursday, November 7th, 2024.

  • Jack-o’-Lantern Trail at the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens

    Join us on Friday, November 1st at the Bruce Botanical Food Gardens (BBFG) in Ripley for a family-friendly evening, filled with Halloween fun and community spirit. Wear your Halloween costume (optional!) and enjoy a walk through the gardens, lit up from the glow of jack-o’-lantern masterpieces. Remember – no spooks! Warm drinks will be available by donation to support the BBFG.

  • Huron-Kinloss Council Announces the new Manager of Building and Planning/Chief Building Official

    HURON-KINLOSS, ON: Today, on behalf of Council, Township of Huron-Kinloss Mayor Don Murray announced that Brett Pollock will join the Huron-Kinloss staff in the role of Manager of Building & Planning/CBO. Brett will join the Huron-Kinloss staff on October 28th, 2024.

    The Township of Huron-Kinloss Council is seeking interested individuals to apply to become a Property Standards Committee member. This Committee considers appeals to property standard orders issued by the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

  • Huron-Kinloss Marriage Commissioner Opening

    The Township of Huron-Kinloss is recruiting one (1) Marriage Commissioner. The role of a Marriage Commissioner is to perform civil (non-religious) marriage ceremonies in accordance with the Marriage Act and ensure the dignity and solemnity of the occasion is maintained.
